Growth is happening around the Town of Ridgeville.

As Ridgeville continues to grow, the Town remains committed to preserving its rural charm while planning for a sustainable future. Four major mixed-use developments are currently planned within the Town, representing a significant investment in Ridgeville's long-term vision. These developments are designed to create vibrant neighborhoods that thoughtfully combine residential housing with commercial businesses, restaurants, retail opportunities, professional services, and community gathering spaces.
